For type of breakfast => very good Staff and facility (including rooms and outside area for pet) was all fantastic. My only issue is the inconsistency from property to property regarding whether "pet friendly" includes extra charges.

Great location for our needs. In close proximity to the event space of our conference and various dining options. Disappointed in the workout center. None of the electronic equipment worked; treadmills, elliptical, etc. I walked the outside of the building one day, but weather prevented me from doing that again. This area needs improvement.

Everything we put in the refrigerator froze solid. The top of the soda can swollen. Lucky it didn't explode. Had to run water about 5 minutes or more to get hot water. Gave up and washed my face in cold water the first night. The next night I left it running and read for a few minutes to wait for it to get hot and finally it did. Bed was comfortable and we weren't bothered by noisy guests.
