Very clean room. All the staff we encountered were pleasant and polite. Please note these are very basic rooms which was fine for us, we just needed a clean comfortable space to sleep. A microwave would have been a nice addition and it's possible other rooms have them. We just popped down to the lobby/breakfast area when we needed the microwave. Do your research on the type of amenities you desire and you won't be disappointed!

I really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. I mainly enjoyed that the bed was soft, but not too high so I was able to sit down on it without struggling to get into it.. we will definitely stay there again!!!

La experiencia en general fue muy buena, las instalaciones del hotel son muy bonitas, se ve limpio y el personal muy bueno; Lo único que no permitió que la estancia fuera excelente, fue que la última noche alguien en una habitación contigua a nosotros tenía el TV a todo volumen a la madrugada y esto hizo que no durmiéramos bien y aunque intentamos contactar a la recepción para poner la queja, tuvimos que llamar en múltiples ocasiones xq no contestaba nadie en recepción…

Not recommended for anyone without flexible schedule. Have very rigid rules regarding change and refuse to waive change fees on reservation one day after full refund deadline even when agreeing to pay new rates, i.e higher rates than when reserved. Breakfast is overrated. It’s 3/5. Towel has stains when first move in. Staff is friendly onsite, just not when over the phone trying to move my checkout dates.

The only thing I can say is, I thought there would be more variety in the hot breakfast. Other than that, the property, my room, was clean. I didn't really need much, in terms of extra towels, etc. But the front desk clerk was very welcoming.
