SECURITY CAMERAS
For your safety and peace of mind, our property is equipped with exterior security cameras only.
- One camera monitors the garage area
- One is located at the front door
- One faces the backyard and pool area
These cameras are in place to help ensure a secure and comfortable stay. There are no cameras inside the home, and guest privacy is fully respected.
**VRBO AGE REQUIREMENT: The minimum age requirement to book our property is 25yrs old and older**
**POOL RULES**
No Running, No Diving, No animals, No Food, and No glass bottles or containers are allowed in the pool. All children should be supervised and ensure toddlers wear swim diapers. Guests should never swim alone and should not play around the drains or the covers.
***The pool IS NOT heated but can be heated for an additional $100/day - 2 days minimum. A minimum of 24-hr notice is required.
NOTE: Please do not mess with the pool equipment. Tampering with the pool equipment is grounds for immediate cancellation of your reservation.
***REPLACEMENT COST**
Please note that there will be a replacement cost for any missing items, and items that have been damaged including stained, broken, tampered with or ripped during your stay.
FEES AND POLICIES
-Extra Guest Fee: $39 per guest/night after 8 guests
-Late Check-Out: $150/hour unless pre-approved in writing
-Smoking Policy: No smoking indoors or near entryways. $500 fee applies if smoke is detected in the property
Optional Heating Fees (24-Hour Notice Required)
Pool Heating: $100/night (2-night minimum)
PET POLICY (PRIOR APPROVAL REQUIRED)
We welcome pets on a case-by-case basis and require prior approval before booking. A pet fee ranging from $150 to $300 may apply, depending on the number and type of pets.
To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, please review the following guidelines:
• Breed & Size Restrictions: Certain breeds or pets over 100 lbs may not be permitted. Please inquire before booking.
• Behavior Expectations: Pets must be well-behaved, house-trained, and not disruptive to neighbors or other guests.
• Supervision: Pets should not be left unattended inside the home or yard unless crated.
• Furniture Rules: Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture unless protective covers are used.
• Cleaning Requirements: Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, both indoors and outdoors.
• Damage Liability: Any damage caused by pets will be charged to the guest, separate from the pet fee.
• Vaccination & Health: Pets must be up to date on vaccinations and free of fleas or ticks.
