RULES: All guests are required to agree to the house rules below. If your party does not adhere to the House Rules, your stay will be ended with no refund.

CLEANING: The cleaning fee pays for a third-party professional housekeeping company to turn our home. They are responsible for ensuring cleanliness onsite. Two cleaners come onsite for every clean, they replace all the sheets in the entire home, vacuum, mop, and scrub throughout our home. We sanitize and disinfect all door knobs, light switches, and all frequently touched surfaces. When you arrive, please inspect the property for cleanliness. If anything is not acceptable, do not hesitate to notify us.

GUEST COUNT: Please make sure your reservation matches the number of guests in your group. We do our best to provide a number of items onsite to enhance guests' stay such as a bath towel for every guest, hand towels, wash cloths, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, shampoos, soaps, tea, coffee, and K-Cups. If you need an air mattress and linens left out there will be a $40 fee.

DOOR CODE ACCESS: When you book our home, we will text or email you the door code the morning of your arrival day. Check yourself in with the keypad that is changed after each visit for a private stay.

POOL CLEANING: A pool cleaner comes once a week to clean the pool. We cannot control the weather but we do provide a net and brush for you to use to clean the pool if it is dirty.

SMOKING: In order to keep our home allergen free for our guests, we do not allow smoking (including electronic cigarettes) in the house. A $500 cleaning fee will be assessed for a violation of this rule.

PETS: Pets are not permitted. A $500 cleaning fee will be assessed for a violation of this rule.

QUIET HOURS: City governed quiet hours are from 9:00 pm to 8:00 am, during which time the noise from the home shall not disturb neighbors. Noise must be kept to a minimum, as this is a quiet neighborhood. If it is evident you are having a party, you will be asked to leave. If the noise too loud, we will send you a text message or even a call to remind.

SECURITY CAMERAS: There are exterior security cameras located at the front door and garage for the safety of our tenants, occupancy numbers, and for the security of the residence and owners. The cameras are all pointing away from the home and are in public view.

CANDLES: Please no burning of candles or incense

LIABILITY: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, illness or loss of personal items of any guest.

The booking person is 100% responsible, please be straight forward, if anything has been broken, damaged, or stained. Please do not move furniture around.
