Summary:

Another beautiful, Spacious and open concept home hosted by Aya in quiet yet blooming Frisco neighborhood on a corner lot. shopping centers and restaurants minutes away. Newly furnished, sleeps up to 15. Enjoy easy access to the Dallas North Tollway, President George Bush Turnpike and Highway 121 and a short commute to anywhere in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex including the DFW and Dallas Love Field Airports. If you have a dog, we have a large back yard for your friendly pet too.



The Space:

Top to bottom we will deck you out with all luxuries to make your stay as comfortable as possible: high speed wifi, 55" smart HDTVs, nap-worthy couches, a grand dining room etc etc. You get the point- we've got you (and every single one of your guests) covered!



We have 2 living room areas. The main one boasts a couch, a loveseat and an arm chair. A 55" Smart HDTV and a fire place (Only for decoration!). The second living area has a sofa that opens up to a queen size bed a set of chairs and a working desk (for those of you who have to mix business with pleasure)



We have 4 luxuries bedrooms to make sure all you sleeping needs are covered!

The master suite has a queen size bed and a full bathroom.

Bedroom #2 boasts one queen size bed and one bunk bed. Bedroom #3 has TWO twin over twin bunk beds. Bedroom #4 has 2 twin size beds (Please note this room will only be available for groups of 7+ guests).



In addition to the Master ensuite bathroom, there is a second full bathroom on the main floor.



Our service room is fully equipped with a washer/ dryer, vacuum and cleaning products. Please feel free to use any and all! baby crib and highchair are in the Master walk in closet.



Our back yard is spacious and safe, perfectly fenced in to make any parent with little munchkins feel relaxed and secure. Enjoy alfresco meals under the stars on our outdoor dining set. We also ave a BBQ grill available (Just make sure you clean after!!)



Our garage can fit TWO cars, TWO more can fit in the back driveway and an additional TWO cars can comfortably park in front of the house (if you plan on bringing more than SIX cars, please let us know first so we can help make arrangements).



Guest Access:

Enjoy the comfort and convenience of a self-check-in. One day prior to your arrival you will receive an

email that walks you through the process and answers any last-minute concerns. If you still have

Getting Around:

If you arrive by car, you will be happy to know that we offer a free parking spot if driving is something

you would like to avoid during your stay Uber and Lyft are only minutes away 24/7.

Don’t leave your furry friends back home. Take them with you so even they can enjoy a perfect Texas

vacation! We allow house-trained pets at a surcharge to cover the cleaning fee. Please let us know in

advance, and we will make all necessary arrangements to accommodate your four-legged friends.







★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★



Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a

thorough process of cleaning after each check-out.







★ NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS ★



We have adopted a strict No Large Gathering or Party Policy. We hope you use and love our home but must remind you that only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions. If you’re not sure if your stay falls under these restrictions, please consult before booking.







★ ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY RATE FOR 7+ GUESTS ★



Our nightly rate includes the first six guests. With each additional guest, a $29/night fee will be applied.







★ CLOSED BEDROOM ★



The fourth bedroom will be opened for groups of 8+ guests at guest request.







★ FIREPLACE NOTE ★



Our fireplace is not active now. Please refrain from any use of it. We are in the process of fixing it.







★ Access ★



Key pad access to the House makes check-in/out very convenient. Access to community pool house and covered attached garage.







★ ENTERTAINMENT★



All our smart TVs are equipped with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, YouTube along with cable TV. Login info will be provided upon request.







★ NOISE LEVEL MONITORING ★



Please note that in order to be a good neighbor and host responsibly, comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties, we have installed a noise alert device in our home. We can assure you that your privacy is our utmost concern; this device is NOT recording NOR storing sound data. The noise alert only functions to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded.
