Not 5 bedrooms but other issues resolved

We traveled from Hawaiʻi and my mom from Nashville to visit family who live in Texas for Christmas. It's a family tradition to stay in a vacation rental together. When we arrived, we discovered there was not a 5th bedroom with a double pull-out sofa bed in the house. It has four bedrooms in the house. There is a futon in an unheated shed/workout room outside of the house. Fortunately, my sister and her husband live in the Colony so they were able to go home and sleep at night. We had some other problems while there but the property management company resolved most of them in a timely manner.
