“Worst motel ever. the front desk lady is extremely rude. It was a very cold night, the bed blanket on bed is thin, 10:30 PM. I came to front desk to try to get another thicker blanket, but nobody was there. I nocked the door, ring the bell, called the phone. Nobody answered. Until 11:00 PM, she came out from inside. She was very unhappy that I disturbed her. She said there is no additional blanket in the motel. What ? You run a motel business and no blanket?
I questioned her, And she changed……

“The phone number for the motel was disconnected. We could not contact the motel.
The bathroom was so small even a slender person has to bend and twist to try to shut the door.
There was no hairdryer. The sounds of the Thruway required earplugs.
They knew we were coming, they could've turned on the AC so that it had fresh air.
Although, obviously, great attempts were made to make it cozy and comfortable, it is not suitable for some people.”
