“Property was dirty. Staff was unbelievably rude. Location is good - but there are 25 other hotels within a block or two, so no reason to stay at this location. The whole place was gloomy, almost creepy. Avoid. Pick another place. ”

“The hallway was dark. Our toilet got blocked and they asked us to change room. When we returned they was no room available and they offer us a room to take shower and have to wait for the boss to return before a room is available because there was no key to the room that was available. He also told us that we need to change room again the next day. We asked for a refund since at that point there was no room available for us and the staff said he can’t refund. Eventually he offered us a family……

“Hôtel pratique au environnement calme proche plage.personnel très serviable. Isolation phonique catastrophique. On a été levé tôt par les portes et les conversations. Idéal pour une étape. Piscines petites. Pas de restauration a côté en voiture a 2/3km. ”

“Probably one of the better doubletree hilton hotels we have stayed in. Hotel is a bit dated but very clean and tidy. Breakfast was extravagant and dinner was very delicious. Nice place to stop over if you’re travelling from KL to Penang. We saw monkeys as we drove in. The swimming pool with kids water slides was a hit with our little one.”

“Hotel policy of NOT providing any slippers was although floor appears dirty from shoe wearing staff was the main drawback of staying in this property. Staff attentive but management reluctance to guests request are disturbing ”
