We reached the hotel after our reservation driving 1 hour from Rethymno town and they did not even apologize for not having an available room for our reservation.」

Les chambres 4700 sont au fond et plus calmes car loin du club enfants et de l’animation du soir. L’animation du soir est faite par des salariés jeunes, sans intérêt. C’est presqu’un sketch. 「 Die Unterkunft war schön und sauber ,aber die Küchenausstattung sehr mäßig. Ebenso für uns ,als Nichtautofahrer ein großes Manko, dass jeder sein Auto vor seinem Appartment parken konnte. Der Blick von unserer Terrasse, war der auf einen Parkplatz . Dabei hätte es im vorderen Teil der Anlage genug Platz für parkende Autos gegeben. Sehr schade ! 」

「Wir als Paar waren von der Anlage sehr begeistert. Das Personal ist hervorragend da die Unterkunft seit Juni 2025 erst geöffnet hat ist alles neu und auch super gereinigt. Man kann in der Anlage richtig schön entspannen und seine Auszeit genießen. Absolute Empfehlung und auch gerne mal wieder. Was uns nicht gefallen hat, war der Transfer mit Danaos Travel vom Flughafen Heraklion aus. Hier die Empfehlung mit eigenem Leihwagen oder den privaten Transfer anzureisen. 「Ett mycket trivsamt hotell som rekommenderas varmt om en söker ett mindre hotell med hög servicenivå. Vi hade ett rum med utsikt mot trädgården och poolen med balkong, perfekt för mig och min son. Gångavstånd till stranden och busshållplats precis framför hotellet om en vill åka in till staden. Poolområdet är perfekt för både lek och avkoppling och har badvakt närvarande. Personalen har varit otroligt hjälpsamma, serviceminded och trevliga. Skulle absolut kunna tänka mig att återvända! 」

「We were welcomed by the helpful couple at reception and showed to our rooms early. The rooms where nice and clean with a comfortable bed. We had a coffee maker in the room which was really nice. The rooms are small but comfortable. The reception gave us some good suggestions where to go for dinner. Everything was close by and within walking distance We had a nice breakfast at the hotel too with many delicious choices.. I can highly recommend this property」
