This home is a completely independent unit, but attached. The secondary unit is over the garage and unit A each has a separate entrance . To maintain privacy, guests in the secondary unit do not have access to the beachfront unit . they also are not allowed to access the side of the house that leads to the sand and beach. This gated community is quiet and private and we expect our guests to adhere to house rules and community noise violations/rules. No smoking or vaping inside the house . One of the master suites has a king size bed with work area station and its own bathroom with a bidet and heated towel bars. The second main bedroom has a queen size bed with a work area station, private bath with bidet and heated towel bar . The kids bedroom sleeps 82 full-size bunkbeds and four single two trundles the large, beautiful walk-in shower with a bathtub your own private toilet with heated towel bars . All bedrooms have TVs .
