Very Pleased

First time using VRBO and very pleased. Extended our stay by one day. Condo is very nicely remodelled, clean and in a great location. We were much more comfortable than a typical, higher end hotel stay. Walking trail to Salt Creek Beach from Ritz Pointe is a must do for more active visitors. We would certainly rent John's condo again when visiting Dana Point, Laguna Beach vicinity.

Wonderful!

My family of 5 stayed here for vacation and had the best time! The condo was so clean and fresh. It had everything we needed including beach towels, chairs, umbrella, wagon, sand toys, etc! Dana Point was the perfect location for beautiful beaches, harbor, restaurants, and easy day trips to San Diego. When we had a question the host answered his phone immediately and was very helpful. A guest book would be a great addition- there's so much to do around here, it'd be fun to hear other's suggestions. We loved our stay here, thank you!

Great stay and great location.

We had an excellent stay in Dana point at this property! It was very clean and well maintained, as well as updated. We enjoyed the fact that there were two king beds so that our two teenage daughters had plenty of sleeping room in the guest bedroom. This is a beautiful neighborhood and only 5 mins from the beach. The host was very responsive as well. Would absolutely stay there again!

Great place for sharing and sleeping

Place was amazing in every way except that this condo faces a busy street. Even with the windows closed you can hear the traffic. One of the biggest draws for us in booking this place was the patio but every time we went outside we came back in because of the traffic noise. If you don’t mind traffic then this place is honestly perfect. We were out everyday and came back to sleep. Also, drive to Laguna to go to Sawdust was about 20-25 minutes (which we didn’t mind) and 7-10 min to Dana point restaurants.

Great Condk and Location

We stayed July 9-13. This is a great condo and is exactly as advertised. Very good location that is close to everything you’ll need and the condo has everything you need. The host is great at communicating and very responsive. The condo is clean and in a nice neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved it

We felt like we were in Sweden based on the Scandinavian design furniture and decor. Everything we needed was ready for our use. The condo was comfortable and very clean. I especially appreciated the new washer and dryer. We cooked most of our meals at home. The utensils, bowls, platters, seasonings, cooking ware and appliances allowed us to make delicious, healthy meals. The outdoor pool was lovely and the beaches were amazing. We enjoyed the Whale watching boat ride at the Ocean Institute and had fun at the Institute’s educational center. We will return.

Beautiful updated condo

Our stay at the Monarch Ritz Pointe was fabulous. We've never stayed at this updated condo, but we will now going forward! The place was beautifully updated, very clean with outstanding beds and accommodations. We loved the private patio overlooking Dana Point and its close proximity to salt creek beach. Thank you for such a memorable vacation!

Well located, spacious condo.

This condo is located near the beach, shopping, restaurants and takeout restaurants. High ceilings and many windows gave it a bright, airy feeling. The unit has been remodeled with the kitchen and bathrooms especially well done. The kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped. Parking was close to the unit. We feel quite safe in this gated complex as we have stayed in the complex before. The host was very responsive and access was easy. I would recommend this unit.

Condo in Dana Point

Comfortable, modern, spacious condo with a well-equipped kitchen, walk-in showers and one lower bed. Masters had a frame around the bed, a bit challenging for getting in & out. It was overlooking a busy street! I liked the close to restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, etc., and proximity to the harbor and beach.

Spectacular!

My family's recent stay at this lovely condo couldn't have been better! It is absolutely immaculate! The place is exquisitely decorated, with a designer's flair, but with many homey touches for comfort. It is abundantly equipped, from every possible kitchen utensil to a selection of books for enjoyable reading. The owner was readily accessible, kind and very helpful. The finishing touch was a magnificent view of a super moon from the living room window. Thank you for a memorable visit. We'll be back!
