A beautifully decorated 3-bedroom, 2-bath luxury second-level home with brand-new air conditioning (Dec 2024) and jaw-dropping views of the bay, boats, islands, Fashion Island, Newport Coast, and even distant mountains. Look to your right and there’s the ocean—just across one street!

The gourmet kitchen is a chef’s dream, featuring a professional Viking range and everything you need to create memorable meals. The open-concept Great Room and the main suite both open to a spacious deck that spans the width of our building on a 45-ft lot. Outfitted with deep seating lounging, a Weber 3-burner natural gas grill, and a patio heater, it’s the perfect place to relax and savor the view.
