“The room was fine. Everything was pretty clean. The staff member when I checked in was extremely rude. She asked for my payment card and when I told her the room was already paid for, she sighed at another staff member and rolled her eyes, then said she needed a card for incidentals. She should have said that from the start instead of asking for a payment card as if she was charging for the room again.
