「This place had a decent pool an my room was clean!」

「To preface, I left my house after I lost power during the 4th of July weekend and needed a place to stay. The clerk at the front desk was warm, friendly and very helpful. However my room smelled like cigarettes and ozium ( an anti cigarette deodorizer) the room was musty and damp and the bathroom counter tops still had the measurement pen markings on them on the outside like they were scraps reused. Unfortunately I discovered the shower didn’t work around midnight and by that time when I called...

「It’s a new hotel so facilities are in good condition generally, however there was no hot water from the shower which seemed to be an issue with the mixer as the sink hot water was fine. Breakfast is basic and you have to spoon yogurt into a plastic juice cup as there is nothing else to put it in, and only spread options were grape and honey in the small packets along with low quality baked goods. Typical of all the regular chains in US.」
