Enjoy stomps on the South West Coast Path, literally on your doorstep, to find hidden coves and beautiful coastal views. Or take a trip up to Dartmoor; experiment with letterboxing and keep an eye out for ponies.

South Devon is home to an action-packed events calendar. Tunes on the Sands is hosted annually on Blackpool Sands, a stone’s throw from the village. The coastal town of Dartmouth, a fifteen-minute drive away, offers a plethora of annual events including Dart Music Festival (May), the Port of Dartmouth Royal Regatta (August), and the Dartmouth Food Festival (October).

Step through the solid oak front door and into a welcoming hallway leading to three thoughtfully decorated ground floor bedrooms. The second bedroom features a comfortable double bed, Freeview TV, DVD player, iPod dock, and a luxurious en-suite with both a bath and shower. The third bedroom offers flexible sleeping with zip and link twin beds that can be made into a super king, making it ideal for a variety of guest arrangements. The fourth bedroom features a single trundle bed with a pull out, great for children (please request on booking). A second bathroom on this floor includes a stunning freestanding bath, heated towel rail and shower attachment, adding a touch of spa like luxury.

Upstairs, vaulted ceilings and exposed wooden beams create a stunning open plan living space filled with light. The spacious lounge includes plush seating, Sky TV, a DVD player, Wii console and a selection of board games, perfect for cosy evenings in. French doors open to a Juliet balcony with delightful village views, ideal for morning coffee or evening relaxation.

The adjoining dining area is ideal for sharing meals and making memories, while the modern, fully equipped kitchen boasts an electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, filtered coffee machine, and dishwasher, everything you need for your Devon culinary adventures.

10-minutes from Dartmouth by car. Nearest train station is Totnes, approx 10 miles away.

Bedrooms:
Bedroom three is normally made as a ‘Twin’ but do specify when booking if you require it to be set as a ‘Superking’.
Bedroom four is normally made with just one single bed but do specify when booking if the pull-out single bed is also required.

Young Children:
The property is supplied with a stairgate and highchair but ask guests to bring their own travel cot.

Pets:
Strictly no pets allowed.

Nestled along side we also have the privilege of being able to offer 'Cedar House' which also sleeps unto 8 guests. Please enquire for further information.
