「I accommodated here with my mum who's in wheelchair & I remarked our condition in the booking before checking in. However, I found the bathroom is the same as ordinary people when I saw there's a step up to the shower cubicle. As the bathroom floor doesn't have sewage, she's unable to take shower over the stays. 「地點方便、隔音良好，有幾晚附近酒吧有聚會，都可以瞓覺。房間算乾淨。尤其是11月3日星期天下午當值的兩位前台職員，態度友善，協助我們預約的士，當中來回的電話查詢，他們都樂意幫忙。美中不足是，第一晚在浴室沖涼時，亦都不算沖太耐，始終是花灑浴室。大概12至14分鐘左右，突然間整個浴室燈關上。要拉開浴室門，向顯示燈揮揮手，才着燈。都嚇一嚇。家人話可能是環保裝置…」

"I'm very concerned with the sleeping quality that I can get in a hotel so this hotel is between 3 to 4 out of 5 for me. The bedding is very comfortable and the room is very decent and clean. The only downside is that the wall and door are really too thin, and that the hotel is busy with people in and out. The door when closed would create a loud noise capable of waking everyone up. You can hear the music and conversation of the adjacent room easily. Also, the cleansing staff, although having done a great job in cleaning, was really creating loud noise when they clean (including slamming the door of the cleaning room). Despite putting up "do not disturb" sign outside my room, the staff knocked on my door at 9:20a.m. just to confirm if I need housekeeping service. This is simply too annoying and stressful for a quiet enjoyment of the room."
