「Unfortunately, my stay was very disappointing. The house had a strong mildew smell as soon as we walked in, and the living room furniture had an unpleasant odor that smelled like old sweat. Outside, there was trash around the property, a child’s shoe hanging outside, and spider webs in several areas, which made the home feel neglected. The concrete around the property had several large cracks that could be a safety concern. The hot tub was placed underneath a tree, so it was filled with bugs and...

「We only had a chance to stay in the suite for 12hrs. We arrived at 7pm on a Sunday and left Monday morning at 7am. We arrived too late to see anything in Davidson, which was a bummer and why I chose this location, but we hit weather on our drive in from Florida. So we ordered delivery, watched a little of the World Cup (we married our phone to the TV otherwise you have to log into your own accounts to watch TV, which we didn't want to do for such a short trip), and went to bed. The first...

「The frig front was dirty, the tub had hair in it, the windows and sills in the main bedroom were dirty, the tub and the bathroom sink did not drain properly, shower curtain rod kept falling, and someone was smoking on the patio above us. Overall property is a bit run down (stairs are definitely a slip risk!). Also, would help if there were directions for all the remotes...I did love the main bedroom bed and pillows, the decor is absolutely adorable, the large TV's were great, and the proximity...

「We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful suite! Located above the garage, it offered a wonderful private lakefront view and was such a peaceful and relaxing retreat. We especially enjoyed having access to the covered, furnished dock—a perfect spot to sit back, relax, and take in the beautiful lake views. 「Property was in a great location, easy to find and host was accessible. Would have liked some information on restaurants that were closed in the area as many were closed (not the property owners fault). Multi-leveled dock with several choices of chairs. 「We had a wonderful stay here. The house was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. It’s located in a quiet residential neighborhood where you see school buses going by, which made the experience feel especially authentic. Even though we were visiting from Japan, we really felt like we were living like locals rather than just staying as tourists. The house was spacious enough for us to order Uber Eats and enjoy dinner together almost like having a little house party. It was a completely...
