Adorable home, comfortable, well decorated and exceptionally clean. The kitchen was well stocked, with pods and coffee for the Keurig, and even a few snacks. The fenced back yard is great and perfect for our puppy. We would stay again!

The host was very welcoming and the home was spot on to the photos and description. It was a wonderful location for us and allowed us to visit our families for the holiday. The dishwasher was not working properly hence the 4 versus 5 star rating. Definitely a great property otherwise.

Cozy beautiful house

The house is fully renovated, looks exactly like the pictures in the website. We came with our 2 dogs and the backyard is really flat and big, perfect for them to run around. Our two kids had their own room and we had our own room. My favorite part was the nice little coffee niche. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great Backyard!

We really enjoyed our time in this home…especially the backyard! It was huge - perfect for our kids to run around and play, to enjoy the birds singing, and to roast some marshmallows. The house was very nice, and the neighborhood was quiet. As a family traveling with 3 young children, a few books or matchbox cars would’ve been helpful. But I understand that many people staying in this property are probably not traveling with children. We had a great time and would stay again!

Perfect getaway to the First Four in Dayton

What a wonderful property; perfect for our needs. This is a cute little house situated in a walkable neighborhood. We decided to bring our pups and Maria was gracious to allow us. The backyard is precious, although we didn't get to enjoy it much due to our schedule and the weather. VERY close to the university of Dayton arena and the NCAA first four games. We were greeted with cute little snacks and the property had everything we needed.

This was a wonderful property! We come to Dayton a lot for work and family visits. This is our second time staying here. Our Dog loves the massive fenced in back yard and the neighborhood is super quiet and close to everything!Would definitely stay here again!
