「This hotel served its purpose for a short stay, but unfortunately I would not choose to stay here again. The property is very dated, had a noticeable musty/moldy odor, and did not feel particularly clean. The bed linens were stained, which was especially disappointing. The complimentary continental breakfast was mediocre at best. While I appreciate that breakfast was included, I expected better quality and selection. We were in town for a bereavement trip, so the hotel met our immediate needs...

「Everything was HORRIBLE. I specifically asked for a non-smoking room, but the room they gave me smelled heavily of cigarettes. There was a burnt crack pipe on the floor, cigarette burn holes in the bed, and the overall condition was unacceptable. I asked to be switched to another room, and while they did move me, the second room had a random man’s dirty clothes left inside. I asked for the room to be cleaned and for the sheets to be changed, but they never changed them becauseI ended up doing...

「breakfast buffet had waffle maker but when I asked if they had sugar free syrup. She said no. It is available at many hotels or restaurants. The grass around the hotel was high but I realize there has been a lot of rain. For my dog , we had to find an area of grass that had been recently cut for her to walk around in front of the hotel.」

「A pair of shoes fell there. The hotel admitted they were there but didn't send them over for me」

「Hotel stay was great. Staff was friendly and the room was clean. Lots of places to eat walking distance from hotel, including a Starbucks and a Whataburger within a walk of 5 min or less . I would stay here again.」

「The hotel was clean and breakfast was good. Did not like that I had no way to make tea in my room. Do not like that they made a photo copy of my id and credit card and then made me write it down because I checked my son in the day before. Especially since it was prepared. There was no reason to do all that. I understand the card in case there was an issue after we left. But then both my card and my son’s card was charged for the same room. Needing an id for every person staying in the room...

「We always stay at Hampton Inn because it is a reliably nice place to stay with an excellent breakfast; therefore, we were disappointed with the breakfast at this particular hotel. Powered eggs, bland potatoes, and chicken sausage along with runny oatmeal were not good.」
