Fabulous Family Trip

We had a terrific time. Although older hotel, it was immaculate. Comfortable beds. Impressive air conditioning. Inviting pool deck, very clean too. Friendly and accommodating front desk receptionist. Free parking. Nice location. Beautiful view. Definitely would stay again!

This property appears to be one of the older properties and is currently being renovated. We had an awesome view of the beach and we were not disturbed by the construction. Got a good nights rest. Looking forward to see what the place is like when they finish.

Nice stay

Older condo hotel on the beach. Surprised by the lack of renters while there, turns out the whole place is being renovated and only a few rooms were available. Never was bothered by construction and it was very quiet. Room was older but clean and ocean deck was great in the morning watching the sun come up. Prices were great but I assumed they would be going up after renovations. Desk guy was great and house maid was very helpful.

An older beach hotel. Shows wear as expected. Very clean. Directly on beach. Balcony was a great coffee spot. Friendly staff. Not fancy but it was perfect for a beach getaway.

Upgrades Please

This is an old building that needs lots of upgrades from the beds to the interior needs TV in bedrooms new carpeting new bathroom with flushing toilets balcony need to be upgraded it’s rusty paint peeling doors are old and need to upgrade entrance doors to rooms they use an actual key which could be copied therefore anyone can enter the room whenever needs new curtains upgrade all utensils and cooking items I can say the heating and air conditioning worked EXCELLENT but overall the entire building needs an upgrade with RESORT AMENITIES as they call themselves Beach Quarters RESORT with no amenities

I was not even able to let my family stay at this property. The place was run down and carpet had stains all over the place. I wouldn't even sit on the couch let alone unfold it and have my kids sit on it. I went to a different hotel

Clean but needs Serious Balcony Repair!

We arrived around 4PM and NO ONE was attending the office for Check In! A Phone number was listed to CALL. We called and heard a phone ringing on the other side of the Plexi Barrior! Others also arrived for CHECK IN...same reaction for them! Finally other Staff and Residents came through the Office...said they would find the Manager for us! Explaining they were short staffed...he was probably fixing something in a room or still cleaning rooms. When he finally arrived 30mn later...He apologized and said he was Short Staffed! He was very Friendly and helpfull when we returned for Paper towels. The Ocean view was Beautiful and calming listening to the WAVES!

Mold and Dirt Motel

Dirt motel, filled with mold, my whole family was sick after our stay. To much dust and mold in the air. A lot of mold every where, room was not fully cleaned garbage in the trash food in the freezer like someone was staying there and left when we got there.

Checked in on Saturday evening. Service was less than desirable. Next morning while preparing for Easter dinner with family the fan in bathroom began to rain water. Notified front desk, again less than desirable help. Maintenance came to see the problem. I am still waiting for the call back. We checked out Monday morning and no one said a word to us. We got through but will not be returning. It is obvious they are trying but the service was lacking so much it made the stay a bust. Two outlets non functioning also.

The View Only

It was nothing like the pictures. The guy was VERY NICE that was there in the morning. The ONLY THING WAS WAS NICE WAS THE VIEW FROM THR ROOM. The was old, nasty, ceiling cracking, no door on the bedroom, smell like mildew, oven and stove VERY rusty. Pics below you can see for your self. Doors to the building left open, no one running the front desk, so Anyone can come in the building at night and rob or kill you. We had to stay because everything else was booked.

After looking at reviews that mentioned the property was under new management and talk of renovating, I was hopeful. However the only positive thing I can say about the Junior Suite (1Bd) was that it had a beach/ocean view. The pictures shared on the site showed an older facility but not to the degree of deterioration that we experienced. We booked four nights but due to the condition of the room, we only slept there one night. Since I booked a non-refundable stay I was more concerned about finding better lodging for the rest of our vacay vs fighting about the refund I most likely wouldn’t get. We got in town late and arrived around 11pm. At check-in we had to call the manager and wait about 15 minutes for him to arrive bc the original key left for us didn't work. He was pleasant and helpful and provided bedding for the sleeper sofa.

I understand they're just brought the property and are going to remodel but even without remodeling they could put a little money into my curtains didn't even put the windows there was a hole in the ceiling of crack of a crawl space the floor is disgusting just some of the stuff doesn't need to be major cosmetic this niceness the gentleman said he would give me a free night when they remove got done remodeling but not sure how that will go I'm not very pleasant
