I rented MONTHS ahead of time, for Biketoberfest. I wasnt given ANY details or arrangemets until AFTER the deadline to cancel for full refund. How convenient. No trailers on property allowed. Had to arrange a spot MILES away. Ridiculous. And no parking of my vehicle on location, either. Had to park across the busy road. Absolutely unreasonable. Shouldve notified us of those issues. Luckily, a place nearby i frequent had vacancy, so we ended up there and didnt even check in to this disappointent. Never again...

That property that I arrived at is not a hotel, it is a private apartment rented under Airbnb. It offers amenities, but it is not true. The common areas, such as the two pools, gym, bar, restaurants, parking lot, etc., etc., were closed (at least for 6 months) due to major repairs being carried out on the property. I left that place a day before my reservation was paid, disgusted and depressed for having paid so much money for that building that is falling, totally deteriorated and unsafe. My recommendation is that Expedia NOT rent any more in that property until the rooms, parking, and common areas are repaired and conditioned completely. What a terrible time I had over there !!

The entrance of the property is acceptable. The inside of the lobvy is not appealing to visitor, it looks like a warehouse. The fourth floor from the elevator is dirty and stinks. I couldn't sleep because the humidifier is pushing hot hair and the AC is pushing cold air which making the room very noisy. It was nothing compared the bad odor the room had. It smell very bad, when I got home I had to leave everything in the garage to disinfect them because they smelled. You need to know your product and you need to know your customers.

Most terrible vacation my family has had

Omg… where the hell do I begin!? The room was not ready for check-in as indicated, The rm was still being cleaned while the person was on the phone and took forever to do anything. We did not have linens until later. Then we were told we could not receive more b/c guests have to wash them to reuse. We could not sit on the balcony because there was bird poop everywhere. We had a rough time sleeping because the refrigerator & a/c made a lot of noise. I was in reg contact with my complaints and was even told I may be able to get some type of refund but nothing has been resolved. I would NEVER stay @ this facility again nor would I recommend to my worst enemy. I read the reviews so shame on me because I was hoping my experience was going to be better. NOPE! We left to go to another facility just so we could get a good nights sleep. How ridiculous ! I came to release stress not gain more. I’m very disappointed in the room AND the way this has been handled. What a waste of money and vacation. A refund is the least that can be done for my inconveniences.

Still no amenities since the hurricane, no one at the desk except certain times. Our condo door had to be pushed or slammed hard to close because it was warped so bad. When we arrived, had no idea how to get to our room and no one was working.

Room was very nice and clean. Unfortunately parking was terrible due to the parking garage being closed, we had to walk across the street behind businesses to park which was a HUGE inconvenience, especially at night because there was no lights. The pool was also closed so there were no amenities to enjoy.

Avoid this place at all costs.

Do not stay here. The hotel seemed abandoned. There was yellow police tape around all three empty pools and the gym. Some of the elevators don't work. There's no parking at the hotel you have to park across a busy street behind a Walgreens. The room seem to be furnished from very cheap finds from a goodwill. The bed was stiff, The leather on the couch was cracked and old, there were only two very thin pillows provided. You couldn't even access the beach from the hotel, had to leave the hotel walk around the hotel and go in through the public entrance. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

Horrible check in!

Horrible experience, the room looked like no one stayed in there for a long time, the dishes were dirty, the sheets was like if they were from a jail, the door was broken and it was nothing available at the resort,I checked out and stay somewhere better!!!!!!

False advertising

The room I picked was NOT the room I got. I paid for the most expensive out of the choices I had to pick from and I got worse then any of the rooms I picked out. The room I booked had a private balcony, the room I got was a public balcony shared by 10 or more guests. The bed was hard as a rock and killed my back and arms when I woke up. I was NEVER informed of my room number and had to call around for about 45 minutes just to figure out what room number I was. Then they want to charge $200 if I loose the crappy parking pass that wasn't even laminated and too easy to mess up? That's ridiculous, my friends also stayed here and the fee for loosing their pass was $50 and it was laminated. The whole set up was ridiculous, the room smelt like mold and was a HUGE disappointment. I will NEVER stay here again nor use this website to book again. Horrible experience.
