Oceanfront Condo - Panoramic View - WIFI - Heated Pool Winter Months

The oceanfront condo is on the 8th floor of a 8-story building and has a panoramic view with WIFI. Image yourself watching the space shuttle launch from the balcony. It is a 2 bedroom and 2 baths that fits a maximum of 6 people. Also, it’s like coming into your own home with linens and towels and more. You just need your tooth brush, sunscreen and swimsuit. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, oven with stove, dishwasher, microwave and is fully equipped to whip up a meal or make a frozen cocktail. Even on vacation, it is nice to have a washer and dryer in the complex. The condo is tastefully decorated and you feel like you are at the beach.

The grounds have just been recently renovated and there is a restaurant next door to enjoy your meal at the beach. The property has a pool and has plenty of chairs and, umbrellas at the ocean's edge.

There is plenty things to do other than resting on our white sandy beaches. You can go inshore or offshore fishing, parasail at the Inlet or take surfing lessons (just to name a few). Can’t forget Mickey!!! Disney is less than 1 hour away along with Epcot, Universal Studios & the Kennedy Space Center. To all the racing fans, Daytona International Speedway is just 15 minutes away. Did I mention that we have the best causal seafood restaurants in town? Nothing is like getting a fried fresh fish sandwich with homemade onion rings while enjoying the river breezes. Also, if you need a babysitter, we can provide that too.

We enjoyed our stay. Love New Smyrna Beach and what it has to offer. The view was amazing. Enjoyed my coffee in the morning looking at the beautiful ocean and watching the beach come to life with all the beachcombers. Everything at Ociana was very friendly and willing to help with anything that you asked of them.

We stayed 4 weeks in January. The views from this condo are amazing!! We loved hanging out on the balcony watching the waves, people, pelicans, and even saw some dolphins. The location is also perfect. Being on the beach, just a block south of Flagler Ave is about as good as it gets. Once you get here, you don't need to drive until you leave. Great bars and resturants. Even stayihng a month, there's places we didn't get to try.Living room furniture was comfortable. Kitchen is small, but had everything you could need. Bedrooms were good - king bed is pretty firm. Bathrooms are a little dated, but, again, they do the job. Nice to have 2 baths.Checkin went well, and the office people at the condo are super nice and helpful. Even let us get a vistor parking pass for some relatives that stopped by (graned this is off season).3 notes to help future travleers - The curtains in the master bedroom are not at all black out curtains. The sun comes in big and bright by 7:00am. If you want to sleep in, bring an eye mask. The door lock is a manual key lock. We did not realize at first that the door auto-locks. DO NOT CLOSE DOOR WITHOUT THE KEY. (This is noted in the binder in the condo, but probably should be mentioned in the check-in instructions)The listing amenities say there is a gym, but there is not.We would definitly stay here again. The value for this location and view cannot be beat. We were sad to leave and head back to the cold and snow!

Great vacation!

We had a fantastic stay! The location is perfect! We can walk to Flaglar Ave to all the shops and restaurants. We did have a small issue with the 2nd toilet not working, but Melynda was fantastic in getting our issue resolved! We would stay here again! Thank you!!

Property needs attention

Mold on bottom of drapes, outlets need covers in some areas, 2 miniature bars of soap and only 2 rolls of toilet paper insufficient. The unit didn’t feel clean. Feet got dirty walking on floor. Artificial fragrance in bedroom was annoying. Mattress was hard. The unit didn’t feel cared for.

Good, but needs improvement

The property was the best part. It was on the beach, eight stories high. It was well supplied, with a good management staff (who were not with VRBO). The main problem with the property was comfort. The bad matrasses on all of the beds were some of the worst (rock hard) we have ever encountered. It was impossible to have a restful sleep. In addition, the large screen in the living room was not connected to any source of content. Thankfully the TV in the master bedroom worked fine.So, this property scored 3 out of 5 from us. A beautiful venue with unacceptable comfort elements.

Gorgeous location on the 8th floor overlooking the beach!

We loved the building amenities and the location! We saw flocks of pelicans soaring by at the level of our balcony. The property manager was very receptive to all of our requests for various items either missing or needing replacement. It needs a bit of sprucing up but there’s nothing out there that comes close to the cost and location!

Great location

If you, like me, want to park and walk then this is your place. If you care more about WHERE you stay instead of how you stay, this is a great place. PLEASE get rid of the chair, it is flat out gross.

Great Property

The unit is in a great neighborhood, right on the beach and within easy walking distance of Flagler Street and its many restaurants. The unit is spacious with more than enough room for my family of four adults. The check-in process was very easy and the unit owner was very responsive to our questions.

Family Reunion

This is the perfect condo in the perfect location! Loved the views from the balcony and south facing windows. Very comfortable king bed. I was there for a family reunion: we had 6 condos in Oceania Beach Club: 25 people, seven of them were children under the age of 7…perfect place for all! And walking down Flagler Ave, which is right there, is the best! This is not our first stay at Oceania as it’s just the perfect spot! I would like to suggest some detailed instructions on how to use the tv’s as I never got past one channel in the living room. Also, there is a horrible odor from kitchen sink drains, but that’s an easy fix. All in all, it was a lovely accommodation and I wouldn’t hesitate to book it again!

The location could not be beat. We loved the closeness to Flagler Ave and the view of the ocean was perfect! We had great communication from the host when a slight problem arise. The location was perfect for walking to restaurants and bars ocean view of course was amazing Upon arrival the condo had not been cleaned because of a scheduling mishap Melinda contacted cleaning service and solved the issue while we explored the area Once we settled in was adequate we did find a few things that need to be replaced a beach towel with a hole in it and a wicker chair on the patio was rotting with 2 legs missing couldn’t be used All in all I enjoyed my stay
