Enjoy amazing views of the river & sunset from the temp controlled Florida Room, plenty of room to spread out, and convenience to all area attractions! Three bedrooms, up to 12 people. Ample parking, including covered space for bikes. The home is arranged to perfectly accommodate multiple families, and fully equipped with everything you`ll need to enjoy your stay in sunny Florida! *Local digital channels & smart tvs for streaming!

This home was not adequate for sleeping 12 people, not even 10. The oven was broken, handles as well. We purchased food to cook breakfast and could not use any of it. The coffee pot didn’t work either. The A/C unit was not working properly either. We certainly expected everything to be in working condition and would expect a partial refund for it not. Although the view was nice overall a big disappointment. We did not have adequate time to wait around for a repair person as we were enjoying the bike rally 90% of the time there.

Weekend Getaway

Nice place on the River to relax. We are more for staying on the Beach but we absolutely enjoyed our stay here. Neighborhood is quiet. We had a relaxing stay. The home is beautiful and everything you need is available at the home. Our family ended up not being able to join us so we ended up staying in the back part of the home. It was perfect with the sliding glass door that opened up to the patio next to the River. It was like a little apartment within itself.

Me and ten of my buddy went down to Florida for Ohio for a handful of days to ride and go fishing and the house had plenty of beds and room for a group of 10 and we cooked all are meal and the kitchen was well equipped and a good oven for a pulled pork would rent this place in a heartbeat

We had a great time. At one point we lost power and they were amazing helping us out. The only thing I would suggest is the main bathrooms on does not get hot in the shower quick or really at all. And the dryer never shuts off so you have to pay close attention or it will run constantly other than that it was fantastic. Would definitely recommend!
