"The staff was always pleasant and very helpful, however, the facility itself needs refreshing. Paint is peeling on the banisters; in our bathroom, the sink faucet is wobbly. Also the tub is very slippery. This is dangerous for older guests. A rubber mat would help. The breakfast is nice, but there were items that were missing or had not been delivered just shortly after 8:00a.m."

"We enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Lodge 30A. Front desk staff was very welcoming, room was fantastic. Comfortable beds and nice bathroom. Only down side were the two barking dogs staying across the hall from us. They kept us up most of the night. It was probably more the owners fault then the dogs though. Next visit I ll ask to be in a room away from people traveling with pets."
