Het chalet was slecht onderhouden en onvoldoende schoongemaakt. Overal lagen vuil en spinnenwebben. Een ontbrekende plint onder de keuken liet kabels en verdeelblokken blootliggen, gevaarlijk voor kleine kinderen. Meubilair was versleten, deuren sloten slecht en de douchedeur had een los handvat. Ook vielen schroeven uit een kamerraam. Omdat eerdere beoordelingen aangaven dat klachten niet werden opgelost, werd niets gemeld. Jammer, want het park ligt in een prachtige omgeving, maar het onderhoud laat te wensen over.
