“The place was clean, well decorated and the kitchen was nicely stocked with dishes and cookware. Beds were comfortable. Easy to find, nice location with quick access to downtown. My only complaint is the place smelled horribly of cigarettes. There was several glade plug ins, I guess to mask the smell, but it was still very strong. Even our clothing after leaving smelled. “We love Decorah for a weekend getaway from the Twin Cities and the Bluffside Gardens was the PERFECT place to stay. It was right off the trout run trail so we could go biking right from our room without having to drive anywhere. Easy access to downtown and the room was very spacious and clean. We will for sure be back next year!”

“Public wifi did not include service to the room I was assigned so I was unable to watch tv nor read my kindle unless I went to the reception/dining area. The gym was closed for repairs.

I spent over an hour trying to reach Expedia to see if they would cancel the room on Oct 16 and cover the room on the 15th. I called 6 different phone numbers all of which seemed to be third party contacts. I am……
