"Having booked online a basic room, we enquired re upgrading and the staff were really helpful. They showed me a some different rooms and the process was very smooth. The staff were happy to help. We opted for the second floor and had a spacious room with an armchair and lounge which I always find an advantage after a days drive. The hotel is a little bit tired, however itā€™s central, itā€™s clean and the staff are more than happy to meet all your requests."
