We stayed in the historic hotel (not the motel section), and it was one of the highlights of our trip. “This was really one of the worst customer service experiences of my life. I was in the mountains and make the reservation with spotty service and we accidentally booked the wrong date. Instead of accommodating a switch of the stay we were offered no ability to switch the days. Just told they have to "follow the strict policy". Shame on a big business for treating customers this way. I'm going out of my way to book local no matter the higher price. Terrible experience by a horrible business”

“The suite is spacious and clean, though the shower attached to the bedroom is a little dingy. It has a mix of modern and older furnishings and the dresser has an odor of old wood. A luggage rack and light by the bed would be helpful improvements. I couldn’t figure out how to use the keyless lock system and never got an explanation from staff.
