“We stayed 5 nights and housekeeping never cleaned the room or offered towels, soap or anything even though the booking says housekeeping will come once a week. The hair dryer doesn’t even work and yes I pushed the gfci switch on the wall outlet and the reset on the hair dryer itself and still didn’t work. The room looks a lot better in the pictures than in reality.”

“We stayed there twice, probably liked the second time a bit better. I think the room the second time was a bit bigger. Also, staff was helpful in getting into room for the ice bucket, and gave us a wonderful tip about a nice nearby restaurant. Only big drawback was no shampoo in the washroom. Otherwise mostly good.”

“Boutique is an interesting description. The hotel was an adequate one however it was not what I expected. We slept in the “Vault” room which meant that our room was an old vault with no windows to the outside. Common space in the the hotel was dimly lit and I did not care for the hotel overall. I was very disappointed by the Expedia rating of 9.4 which is what led me to select this hotel. At best I would rate this a 7.”

“It was a really lovely place, only draw back is we never got to go into the main office area to check out anything. The door was locked and no answer when we knocked.”
