「We had a very great stay at this house. We normally stay in Au Train and decided to venture a little further west this year. The house itself was very clean and had a nice comfortable large couch and kitchen island for hanging out. There was not immediate beach access, but we used the canoe provided and our own paddle board to traverse the river and head to lake Superior. 「What a great little getaway we had. The view was phenomenal, Looking out at the lake. We went kayaking was it was so peaceful and serene. Never heard so much quiet before. 「The cabin is lovely, clean, and easy to find. It was so peaceful and beautiful. We were able to go to several UP towns with ease and minimal driving. It was a little odd that instructions for check-in were sent late the night before, but we did get them and all went well. That said, because I was anxious about it, I messaged the host and she responded promptly that I should receive the check-in info soon. 「Sarah was available for us at all times. She answered all of our questions and was able to give us suggestions on things to do and places to go! We even wondered when she was ever able to sleep! Erie cabin was just enough for the two of us! We enjoyed watching the fishing excursion boats leaving and coming back with their catches. (Kimars resort offers fishing excursions on site, if you are interested in fishing). If we ever go back to the UP we will definitely be returning! 」

"The first night I was arranged to stay behind the elevator, which made me feel uncomfortable and vibrated. Because it was a standard double room with two beds, it was better for me to sleep in the other bed. Since I had placed two reservations, the girl at the front desk said that I had to move to the room downstairs for the second night. I said it was inconvenient, and she said there was no other way because the room was fully booked. The next day I asked another woman if I could not move to the first floor, and she said yes. I checked and found that the room rate I paid to Expedia for the second night was more expensive than the first night. Why did the hotel move me to a pet-friendly room on the first floor? It would be very inconvenient for me to move back and forth, which would affect my schedule."
