  • This Del Mar Beach condo is just steps away from San Diego's finest beach. It's 1,200 sq ft with 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 full baths. Condo includes washer/dryer in unit and has a full kitchen with granite countertops and large family room with wood-burning fireplace. The condo features two balconies on front and back of unit and also offers an outside shower to rinse off after a trip to the beach. One covered parking spot is included and 4 other guest spots available.

    There is no HVAC in the building, however we have ceiling fans, box fans and space heaters.

    Our unit sleeps six comfortably with a king bed, queen bed and a queen sized air mattress.

    The following is included in rental: cookware and full kitchen, dishes, beach towels, linens/bedding, bathroom towels, etc.

Great location close to the beach! Unit was very clean, quiet in the evenings and well stocked. Beds were also comfortable. Dan was very responsive however we really didn’t need anything check in and out was very clear and easy. We would definitely stay here again!

A constant ocean breeze made for our lovely stay in Del Mar. We were grateful for adequate parking, quiet surroundings, the handy elevator and a clean and comfortable space to call our own while there. The master suite was a roomy isle of refuge with a comfortable mattress and soft sheets. We’ll be back!

Such a great place! Great location, super nice neighbors, very clean, excellent layout, very spacious, easy parking for two cars, kitchen was well stocked (had an air fryer too!) boogie boards, lots of beach chairs and towels, quick walk across to the beach and I love the access to the river mouth trail to hiking the canyon. Can’t wait to come back!

The condo was very clean and nice just as pictured on Vrbo. We visited the beach each day of our stay which was about 2 short blocks away and took advantage of the beach chairs, boogie boards and towels. Great location with the beach and Del Mar so close. The host was very responsive. We did have an issue with the King size bed, but the host was responsive and hopefully will get that issue fixed. Otherwise nice space and location!
