“This was our fourth year renting this beautiful home for our family summer vacation and I'm already booked for next summer. We all love it as our home away from home. Beautifully furnished and comfortable. In the kitchen you have everything you need to prepare meals. The 2 minute walk is convenient and the pool is great for everyone to take a swim when returning from a day at the beach. We look forward to our return every year.”

“Terrific location and fantastic outdoor showers. Apt was clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and as presented in the pictures online. Only downside was that the wicker dressers in the bedrooms and the wicker cabinets in the main bedroom & the living room smelled very musty (maybe this is just a beach housing thing, I don't know). ”

“What a wonderful cottage on a peaceful and quiet location. Sunsets were amazing while we watched the birds fly around. Property was perfect size of family of 4 with a dog. Place was well stocked with everyday essentials along with cookware, coffee maker, etc. Christine was an amazing host! Great communication and responded quickly to any questions. If you are looking to get away from the crowds and noise of the beaches to the south, this is a great location and property!”

“Our family all loved the house and the location was perfect. We especially enjoyed the easy access to the beach having a 4 year old and 16 month old child. The house was clean, well supplied in all areas, especially having beach chairs and beach items for the kids. The house is absolutely lovely as well as the rooms. The host was great with responding and addressing any questions. The only one issue was the barbeque grill which not cleaned. Therefore, other than this, the house is ideal, and……

“We were very disappointed with this stay. Before I booked this place I messaged the owner / RE/Max regarding the property details and was given responses that ended up not being accurate. For example, the vrbo listing said one of the bedrooms had a daybed and 2 twin beds, but after I booked the non-refundable stay the owner said there are only 2 twin beds in that room. Another example, the vrbo listing said there is free wifii, but we were not provided any wifii info (username and password)……

“The property is on a quiet road with beach access directly across the street. The beach is quiet, only a couple of other families even during a peak week in July - some days we had the beach entirely to ourselves! Waves were calm, you will not be surfing here, but it is perfect for a young child's visit to the ocean, and great for frisbee, kites, and waveballs. The cottage was very well maintained and clean. Kitchen was well stocked, it had everything we needed for cooking. Great water pressure……

“My 12 year old and I enjoyed being close to the beach for 4th of July. We invited friends and it was a very comfortable stay for 4 - with beds to spare! Two full baths if you include the outdoor shower and 1/2 bath on first floor, which the kids used a lot. A clean and perfectly located house next to fine dining for grown ups and pizza and ice cream for the kids. Nice back porch with friendly neighbors. A great beach house and a very helpful host!”
