"Ist room was from 1975, and there were no real filtering curtains so someone parking opposite of your room, well I waved.
I complained and they are undergoing a refresh (mainly paint and carpeting). That is the 4th floor. When I switched to room #2 they happily provided az room where the phones were installed. Issue there was the temp dropped and the air/heater electric was still off, so I moved back to the 1st floor into another 1975 room with iffy curtains but overlooking the grounds which was a lot less obtrusive. The major issue was an 12-13 teen coing to age party wth maybe 60 12-13 year olds on both 1st and 4th floors. They make a lot of noise, and the staff really tried. when they left it was fine but no breakfast bc kitchen was being renovated. Still the snacks room was open and frozen dinners and beverages were available. Currently the price is very low however if the price goes up post renovations I will prob. go elsewhere. There was a Dunkin Donuts in walking distance so the breakfast was not a deal killer"
