“The pool lounger system is the one major flaw here, and it needs fixing. Guests go out around breakfast, leave belongings on loungers, and effectively reserve them for the entire day - often while the loungers sit empty for hours. At peak times, this creates long queues, and you can expect to wait 1-2+ hours for a lounger (even though many sit empty) simply because others are hoarding spots. Management needs to enforce a clear time limit for unattended loungers and stop guests from “saving”……

We weren’t able to arrive on time for check-in, but they assisted us right away and provided clear instructions so we could complete the check-in smoothly, which we really appreciated. “We booked a room for 2, but an extra twin bed was already there, so we are given a room for 3. The room is classic, clean and comfortable, with good air conditioning (but only Reception can adjust the temperature ) The wooden floor squeaks when stepped on . During our stay the elevator was out of order for a few hours, but quickly fixed. Breakfast is decent. Overall very one here is very nice .”

“The resort itself is absolutely beautiful and the view is amazing but you have a lot of extra add ons such as a fee to use the cups in your room also having a car is very useful transport is hard to come by. The staff is very friendly and helpful!”

“Pro: Außenbereich, Pool, Aussicht, Parkplätze Negativ: Das Zimmer war unterirdisch. Wenn es draußen wärmer wird, ist schlaf kaum möglich. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage sondern nur einen Deckenventilator, der kaum etwas rettet. Die Luft steht im Zimmer und wenn man das Fenster öffnet, hat man den Lärm der vielbefahrenen Straße. Es ist aber ohnehin unmöglich die Zimmertemperatur auf ein akzeptables Maß runterzubekommen, selbst wenn dann Nachts nur noch 18 Grad sind. Platz für die Koffer ist kaum……
