Seacrest stay

Fantastic host, communication was excellent. Location was perfect being about 10 minutes from anywhere you want to go. Pool was a fun amenity to enjoy the weather and relax. Would absolutely stay here again.

House is nice, neighborhood is decent- not upscale but it was fine. AC was not working and after several attempts to speak to someone, they finally got someone out tot fix in a couple of hours. Otherwise, it worked for our short trip.

untapped potential

The property's interior is nicely renovated but maintenance lacking - no working bathroom outlets, as well as vanity lighting in one bath. No luggage racks nor drawers (in one bedroom) for comfortable stay. The kitchen is poorly stocked for meal prep with few accessories. The pool area could be nice, except for the broken down furniture, moldy cushions, and lack of cleanliness. Location is a positive, but was quite noisy with neighborhood lawn and school maintenance. With a little more effort this could be a 4 star property, but given the price, is not currently.
