“Everything was just as advertised. Cozy and comfortable. The kitchen looked totally remodeled and even had a sink just like my own. Stove and microwave were new and the bed was quite comfortable. The location fit well with my needs, as it is close to some renowned birding spots. I was very pleased, and highly recommend Simon as a host.”

“We were looking for a clean and updated property that had nice amenities and was in a great location. This property was perfect for us - close to all of the action on Atlantic Avenue, the beach, family that lives in South Florida, and friends that we wanted to visit.
