「No lobby and you can’t check in until exactly when their check in time is」

「Nice place, low-key, nice area. The bed wasn’t stable but it wasn’t a big deal still slept good. Definitely would book again!」

「No rating for the room since we were never able to enter it! We reserved and paid for a room on the same day for which we needed it (6/18), because our VRBO home rental fell through. When we arrived, the clerk, Carina, said there were no keys available. If we had to leave the room, we'd have to find a staff member to let us back in. This was unacceptable, so the clerk cancelled the reservation for us. It was a bit suspicious because a woman waiting in the lobby immediately asked if she could...

「Pool area is always full, for the amount of rooms the pool is not big enough, valet and resort fees are ridiculously expensive and valet service is just annoying because always a line up. Beach is not that great either. Most probably would not stay here again.」

「We often stay at Cranes Beach Resort. It's so convenient to a lot of family activities - dining and beach access just a few minutes away. The property has all necessary amenities, small kitchen area with all the equipment, big refrigerator, laundry room. It's great to stay with family! Two swimming pools, heated and salt water. Never crawd, we can always find our personal space, whis is super important for us!」
