“The rental is as shown. It is equipped with everything you need. Owner was responsive to questions. It was perfect for us because we were visiting friends just down the road. We could hear people walking upstairs but it didn't interrupt our sleep. Would have liked to have a broom available to sweep floor.”

The space was comfortable and welcoming.The only minor issues were that we weren’t able to get the TVs in two of the rooms to work, and the elevator was not always operational. Being on the 4th floor made this a bit challenging while traveling with my elderly mother who has mobility issues.Aside from that, it was a pleasant……

“Apartment was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed to have a great weekend stay! Location is a nice quiet residential neighborhood about 10min drive from downtown West Palm Beach and 8min drive from the airport. The host's communication was great and they were very welcoming. The listing perfectly represents what the final product is so you won't get any surprises. The location was perfect, right across the street from North Palm Beach Country Club if you want to swim or golf. Don’t be dissuaded by the weatherbeaten exterior. This property is a great value. Bathrooms are a little dated and tight but we made it work.”
