“Front desk staff needs more training how to treat guest. They are the face of the business. We met a lady in the afternoon that was very cut and dry. A gentleman in the adternoon during our check in that did not greet us upon arrival, didnt even look at us. My husband ask how his day was going he didnt answer! Look at the computer the entire time. Very rude. Only during our departure that we met Ms. Shavin during our checkout. She was nice. Besides that, breakfast is a little poor considering……
