“We loved the pool and the location. The house was beautiful and our room was too. However, the listing on Expedia says there is “free” offsite parking 0.3 miles away. When we arrived the spots on the property were full so I took the parking suggestion sent in my guidebook and headed to the 34 St Phillips Street Parking Garage. “Close to everything and plenty of perks with free snacks in room and lounge. Rooftop terrace has amazing views and a great spot to relax. The free drinks and appetizers from 4-5 is also a great perk. The day we were there we were so busy touring the town we missed lunch, the free bacon wrapped chicken bites hit the spot. Additionally the free breakfast was fantastic, far above what you’ll get at a normal continental breakfast. First day we were there it was eggs Benedict. ”

“This was a lovely property with a nice, large room with kitchenette and big bathroom. There were no VIP perks or even knowledge of it so it really should not be a VIP property. Breakfast basket was nice and varied each morning. Wonderful coffee shop attached. Nice rooftop pool for a quick cool off. “Such a great boutique hotel with Charleston history and charm. Easy walk to King Street for shopping and lots of great restaurants and bars. Loved the happy hour and included breakfast — visited with other guests at both. Todd took care of our bags and parking our car and Louisa at reception gave us lots of restaurant and bar recommendations. Want to stay longer and come back!”

“Perfect location enables you to be within walking distance of everything. The location allows easy access to come back and freshen up before heading out for the evening.
