🏡 What This Place Offers
- Built in 1953, this cozy 477 sq ft cottage has been thoughtfully renovated with modern amenities while preserving its charming exterior and original character—including a bathroom added during renovation to complement the two-bedroom, four-room layout.
- Our cottage is in a great location on Mid-Cape, close to the beaches, ice cream, restaurants, arcade, shops, batting cages, etc. we will send you all the details and suggestions after booking
- Parking for 3 vehicles on premises
- Fully fenced private patio, with a Weber gas grill, outdoor furniture and picnic table, fire table and outdoor shower.
- Backyard firepit by the lakeside, with a hammock for relaxing—please note this area is not fenced.
- The kitchen features a gas range with oven, microwave, and is fully stocked with condiments and cooking essentials like sugar, salt, pepper, and olive oil. You'll find utensils, serving ware, a coffee/tea station, coffee maker, and electric kettle. There is a casual indoor dining area in the living room and an outdoor patio with an umbrella and string lights—perfect for when you’re not picnicking on the beach or dining out.
- Towels are provided (included in cleaning fee) as well as soap, shampoo, Band-Aids, tissues and similar essentials. There is a hairdryer in the bathroom cabinet and iron/ironing board. The bathroom has a shower (no bathtub) and is sized for one person at a time.
- There are two bedrooms.
- Master Bedroom has one queen bed.
- Second Bedroom has one bunk bed (twin+twin 250 lb. weight capacity each).
- Bed linens and pillows are included in cleaning fee. We do have one pack and play "crib" for small children and a feeding chair, just let us know if you plan to use it so we can leave extra linens. It is our hope that when you stay with us, you can pack lightly and not stress over the small stuff.
- In the main living space there is a 50-inch TV with Roku TV streaming service. You may stream movies from your Netflix, YouTube, and Amazon accounts or other streaming accounts via Roku TV. We have a diverse collection of children’s and adult books as well. Wi-Fi is included.
- Split AC unit located in the living room. It’s powerful enough to keep the entire cottage cool and comfortable during your stay.

🐾 Bringing Your Dog?
Please indicate you’re bringing a pet during reservation (just like you would for guest count) or a $100 pet fee will apply. One dog allowed (max 80 lbs). No other pets permitted.
*** PRIVACY ***
- There is a shed and basement on the property for storage that is not accessible to guests. Thank you for understanding.
- We respect your privacy, there are outdoor security cameras on premises facing the parking lot, back lot/lake and the street. They are there for your safety.
This is a private home with its own private patio. The firepit, driveway and parking lot areas are shared with the cottage next door, which is also a short-term rental. Please be considerate of other guests by keeping noise down and using the space provided for you.

- 1 dog maximum, no other pets allowed.
-Dogs are NOT allowed on the furniture.
-Please clean up after your dog (inside and outside)
-Please do not smoke or vape in the house.
- Guest making reservations must be at least 25 y/o and must stay at cottage and not make reservations for another party. Sorry, we do not rent to students.
-No Parties
- Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper (NO sanitary products, wet wipes, oils, harsh chemicals etc).
-Please leave our cottage the way you found it - neat & tidy
- Please review 'rental agreement' before booking.
