  • Denton is home to Texas Woman's University, the University of North Texas, as well as nearby community colleges. We are within an hours drive to the Dallas/Fort Worth area which hosts many sporting events, concerts, as well as Universal Studios coming soon.
    Our home is bright, clean and spacious with plenty of room to unwind and make memories.

Everything was great! Accuracy of how far to Ray Roberts state park isn’t 5 minutes, more around 30 minutes. Also asked if we could park 3 vehicles with boats, and that would virtually be impossible. Luckily only had 2 vehicles with boats and that was a chore for sure.

We needed accommodations for family for a wedding. Location was very convenient to our home, shopping and the highway. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out, the house was clean and cozy. Definitely recommend!
