Perfect for monthly or extended stays, our fully-furnished apartments include modern finishes like granite countertops, wood-style flooring, ceiling fans, individual climate control, and private patios or balconies, and some units even include an entry mud closet, workspace/private office, dry bar, large private yards, and elevators in select buildings. Guest Screening All guests must complete CLEAR ID verification and a background check (no evictions, collections, or criminal records). A passport is required for international guests.
Stays of 30+ Nights The primary guest must complete a soft credit check (minimum score of 550) and provide a valid SSN.

Pet Policy Pet fee: $50 per pet, per stay (for stays under 30 nights); $150 per pet, per month (for stays of 30 nights or longer). With direct access to the Denton Katy Trail and walking distance to The Square, you’ll have easy access to dining, shopping, live music, and nightlife. The University of North Texas and Texas Woman’s University are both nearby, and Dallas-Fort Worth is just under an hour away. Catch live music at Dan’s Silverleaf, browse local art at the Patterson-Appleton Arts Center, or enjoy a day outdoors at South Lakes Park. Please note: There is ongoing construction at the property. We kindly ask all guests to use caution when entering and exiting the premises. Exciting additions are on the way—including a pool and dog park, expected to be completed by September.
