Great location downtown. We had a very comfortable stay. Valet misplaced our car keys and needed an extra few minutes to find them and accommodated us for the short wait

We celebrated our babymoon and had an amazing time. The staff even memorized that I had tea and offered to send it to our room. They really made us feel welcomed and relaxed during our stay

The bathroom was large. The beds were pretty comfortable. The staff is great. They are all so friendly and helpful. The restaurant Elways on the premises has good food. We ate there quite a few times. I would stay at a Ritz Carlton again as it was a great experience.

The staff all very committed with excellent service and very friendly. Rachel the lady at from desk always smiling, attentive and very effective and nice. The place has the best location and everything walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was clean but insufficient staff to assist at checkin. No help finding a nearby hair salon and restaurant food was not the best. In a great downtown location and rooms were nice.

Happy and comfortable

We loved our stay. Our bed was comfortable. Everything was clean. We felt like we were home and cozy. I was nervous booking with the mixed reviews but we 100% had the 5 star experience. I will stay here every time I’m in Denver from now on.

After an unexpected rate increase at the Four Seasons—an additional $200 per night just to switch from a king bed to two queens—I decided to move to The Ritz-Carlton, and it turned out to be the best choice. My wife and I came here for our 15th year anniversary with our 14-year old daughter and really enjoyed our stay. The staff were accomodating with our stay for check-in and check-out due to the weather and flight changes. We felt at home and welcomed by all staff. Despite hotel being in the process of remodeling and some heating issues, we would definitely book again here due to staff and accommodations. Jackson 5

Service was excellent. Front desk and maids were friendly. We stayed in a suite and it wasn't that nice for the price. It was a glorified Marriott. Relatively clean. We did have some noise above us (we were on the 2nd floor). Not sure if there was a housekeeping room on the floor above but we heard a lot of dragging of things and banging around long after 10pm. We ate at Elway's on the first night and it was ok. My salmon was undercooked and again way overpriced. I wouldn't eat there again.
