The 'party' in the parking lot should have deterred me when I first pulled in. The desk clerk behind plexiglass was a little surprising. The locked doors to the lobby, I felt like I was entering a top secret secured facility - and then it hit me - This is a sketchy place. The area around the elevator and the elevator itself was filthy. My non smoking room stunk so terribly.. I couldn't get shut of the place fast enough.

The place was clean, and had a little more than just the necessities in the room. What i loke the most from the room was that it had a small kitchen with 2 electric butners for stove, a microwave, and a basic home size refrigerator with freezer.

THE STAFF is so annoying the fact that I’ve stayed since nov 2025 and never had an issue with room service till two weeks ago I had let management know since I’m doing long stay and I’m here all day everyday I don’t need room service since I’m the one maintaining the room clean but if you guys need to come in to check for “SAFETY” or maintenance go ahead that’s fine but cleaning wise we didn’t need it twice the corporate guys knocked twice and opened the door while I was one time sleeping with Covid and no underpants on and second time I was about to shower and he barged in like for what ? Because I didn’t let you guys clean you’ve seen the room it’s clean there’s nothing wrong with it so what was the issue is he kicked us out you guys be careful they charge you extra money for nothing they did it to me charged me 100 for a pet deposit and said it was for a night I didn’t pay for but we did

Front desk seems to be almost always closed. Closed immediately after I checked in at 4:15pm and was closed again when I wanted to check out at 8:30am. The hotel resembles a Motel 6 at best. Bed was so firm and the metal bed frame was unstable. The only positive was the price, and size of the parking lot. I will not stay again.

What person thought it was okay to have a fire alarm test at 3:00am. For what we pay to get some rest to have to wake up to sirens for an hour outside in the cold to find out it was just a test.
