This was the second Memorial Day that we spent at this house. We love the layout, with bedrooms on three different floors we had the space to spread out. The dining area has 1 massive table which we separated into two, one for eating and one for game playing. With all the balconies, it's easy to sit outside and listen to the ocean for hours. This section of the beach is not crowded at all. I was able to fly my kite and not worry about crashing into anyone. The location of the house was great too. Chester's market is right there on the highway in case you forgot anything. Depot Bay is just 7 minutes down the road and Lincoln City is just 12 up the road.We have enjoyed this house twice and we'll definitely be back.

this is a wonderful property in an awesome location! The house is on the beach with a little trail to the sand. Decks and rooms are so nice for a group with places to gather for meals and games. There were plenty of towels and dishes for our group of 7 adults. The view would have been wonderful from inside if the windows were not foggy from the glass packs having broken seals. We were disappointed in that but only that. Everything else about this property is lovely!the hot tub is older but salt water so much better than soaking in chemicals!!Very nice host!
