Seniors road trip

This property was a great base to explore the Oregon Coast for 5 seniors who wanted a break from daily packing/unpacking. Facilities such as the kitchen and proximity to the beach were appreciated.

Great Family Time at the Oregon Coast

The location was perfect for walking to Lincoln Beach and Fishing Rock. Grocery store nearby. Easy access to Hwy 101 North to Lincoln City or South to Depoe Bay and Newport. The home was spacious and relaxing. Kitchen very well equipped. Will return.

Great House, great location

Large enough for my family and my parents. I wish there was 3rd bathroom but it worked. The neighborhood was quiet, and only a quick walk down to the beach. The view of the ocean was decent from the upstairs bedrooms.

New tradition

Our family has a long standing tradition of staying at this beach every summer. Our original rental is no longer on the market. This place is a perfect replacement: well-appointed, clean and spacious. We plan to carry on the tradition here.

Nice location

Pretty good location. The bottom floor bedroom had no shades and the only heat was from the middle floor which made it a little harder to figure out. There was a heater in the room but it was broken. There were baby gates and a highchair seat which was very nice. Not too bad but wouldn't visit again due to the bottom floor not really being fully put together.

Quiet and Relaxing

This family beach house is great for a family or group of friends. It's a few minute walk to the beach or the grocery store. Plus you can walk to Fishing Rock State park for a quick hike or take the bunny trail from the beach. We also enjoyed walking to Siren's restaurant for a drink overlooking the ocean. This house has everything you need to cook, and entertaining games for the kids. Upstairs has a nice view of the ocean. We enjoyed sitting up there and watching the sunset each night. The fire place is a nice touch and great on cold morning or rainy days. Can't wait to go again.

Location! Location! Location!

Wonderful house in quiet beach neighborhood. Great partial ocean view. Central coast location convenient to Lincoln City and Depoe Bay.vNice and clean, with everything a family needs. Propane tank for grill was empty, so no cookouts. Bathroom warming lights didn't work. Also, bring your own pillows!! Unless you like sleeping on pancakes. Overall, great place!

Full Beach Bliss

We stayed here with 8 friends and had the absolute best time. The listing is spacious with fun to be had at the beach (just a minute walk away), in the basement with the ping pong table, or out on the deck overlooking the ocean. We were so comfortable at this listing - it was beyond clean - and we cannot recommend it enough!

75+ years old had an enjoyable stay

Kitchen was very well equipped. Twin beds needed better mattresses or there needs to be a bathroom on the lower level for the bedroom. We don't do stairs at night. We all needed to use the bathroom at night. The beach is nice but not interesting.

Great place

We only stayed 3 nights but would have loved to stay more! My husband and I have 6 kids ranging from 18 down to 3 and this house was a perfect fit with lots of room to move around! The house was very clean which is a HUGE plus to me. It was only a couple minute walk down to the beach and a little grocery store was only about 2 blocks away! I will definitely be returning to this house.

Location was awesome. House was spacious. Views from upstairs were amazing. House was stocked with just about everything you could want/need. But I think it's time for the mattresses to be replaced. Zero complaints except for the mattresses. Id definitely stay here again!!

Beautiful location and views

Nice home in quiet neighborhood, the picture was taken before other houses built . Path to beach interrupted by bulldozers and dumptrucks. Needed more closet space, most locked. No curtains in basement bedroom. But wonderful time at beach.

Affordable & Well-Located

This property fit our group very well; there was plenty of room for all 9 of us adults to sleep. There were so many amenities; linens, kitchenware (appliances, cookware & dishes), BBQ, etc. The only issue was that this was advertised with 3 bathrooms; we could only find 2. Two toilets for 9 people was a little inconvenient.
