"Villa Bella" is an elegant villa with a private infinity pool, located in a quiet and sunny location in the hinterland of Desenzano, near pedestrian and cycle paths and the Wine Road of the morainic hills, rich in wine-making companies that characterize it the gentle landscape of hills, vineyards and olive trees.
Villa Bella is surrounded by the 12-meter infinity pool, with comfortable sun loungers, outdoor shower and gazebo to rest in the shade, and was completely renovated in 2019.
Villa Bella is located in a very quiet residential area, with other neighbouring Villas, that are permanently lived: it is very important to respect the neighbourhood by limiting loud activities in the open areas (garden, swimming pool, terraces) during the rest hours, between 22,30 in the evening and 9 in the morning.
The Villa is an ideal spot for families that are looking for a relaxed Holiday and tranquillity in a calm area, while groups of friends should carefully evaluate if this solution is adequate to their needs.
The Villa is on three floors:
on the mezzanine floor it welcomes you with the large and bright open-plan living room, with a large designer kitchen embellished with an Italian marble top, with a dining table for 12 people, a large sofa and a television; two large French windows open onto a large terrace with a dining table so you can eat comfortably outdoors; on the same floor there is also a master bedroom with double bed and French windows overlooking the pool and a full bathroom with a glass shower cabin.
An open staircase leads from the living room to the upper floor, where you can find two further large bedrooms with double beds, one of which has a large covered terrace with a view of the hills, a small room with two single beds, recommended for children, as well as a large bathroom with a large shower with a glass wall.
The basement is accessible both from the internal staircase and directly from the outside, and has two double bedrooms, a third bathroom with shower and a laundry area with washing machine.
Complete the floor the garage with automated entrance for two cars and direct access to the house, also outside there are numerous free parking lots.
Villa Bella is complete with:
• full kitchen with appliances (fan oven, microwave oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine with capsules and with filter, toaster, kettle, blender, toaster, extractor hood);
• air conditioning in the living room and in the bedrooms on the mezzanine floor and on the first floor, which can be activated and adjusted individually in each room; the two rooms in the basement do not have air conditioning, but they are naturally cooler;
• 50 ”Television with international satellite channels and on-demand movie service (Netflix);
• all bathrooms with separate glass showers;
• Wi-Fi Internet connection;
• washing machine;
• Barbeque in the garden.
The rental price includes:
• electricity;
• conditioned air;
• hot and cold water;

• sheets, towels, pool towel (one weekly change);
• bath soap and detergents;
• final cleaning;
• extra bed for children and high chair, to be requested before arrival.
The rental price does not include:
• City Stay Tax of € 1.50 per day per person over the age of 14, which will be paid upon arrival in cash;
• heating, normally necessary for the period from 15 October to 15 April.
The following services are available on request and with supplement:
• additional cleaning service and change of sheets and towels during the stay;
• possibility of home cook.
