Right Wing:

Primary Suite: King bed, queen pullout sofa, en-suite bathroom with double vanity, shower, and private toilet. Space for additional queen air mattresses if needed.

Middle of the Home:

Living Room, Kitchen with filtered water dispenser by kitchen sink, Dining Area, and Game Room: Open concept with sliders leading to the pool.



Left Wing:

Bedroom 3: King bed with office space and wall-mounted desks. Full bathroom nearby.



Bedroom 4 & 5 (Upstairs): Each has a queen bed and closet, sharing a full bathroom. Optional queen air mattresses available.

AMPLIFIED MUSIC: no outside speakers other the ones build into the deck. Quiet hours after 10pm. No microphones, unless provided by us and no any type of amplified machines outdoors. Bouncy castles are permitted, inquire with management prior.



SLEEPING:

Air mattresses available upon request, prior to check-in.



PARKING:

There is ample amount of parking on site, over 20, however, at no time is street parking allowed. Please ensure to park on site only.



**If you are traveling without a vehicle or need transportation, please let us know. This home is remote, but we are connected with local transportation companies and are happy to share the information. Uber, Lyft, and taxis do service the areas, but if not available, we have further local businesses**



CHILD TRAVEL ITEMS:

Being a small family business, we love hosting and accommodating all of our guests, especially our younger ones! We do provide a pack and play and a high chair, complimentary for our little guests with a 24 hour advanced notice. For any other items such as strollers, car seats, children toys or anything along those lines, we have partnered with a local vendor that can be of assistance. Please reach out to our team for details. Please note: Fees will apply for those items. Payable directly to the vendor.

POOL|SPA:

Pool: $125/daily fee (to include spa) to 82 degrees. (More heat is an additional fee)

Spa only: $40/daily fee to 102 degrees. SPA HEATED ON DEMAND ONLY. USUALLY 15-30 MINUTES TO HEAT, DEPENDING ON THE TIME OF THE YEAR, CAN BE UP TO 50 MINUTES IN COLDER WEATHER. SPA IS NOT HEATED FOR ARRIVAL.

Gas prices are at an all time high entering the new year, and we do not profit on these fees. If you need the pool/spa heated upon your arrival, let me know at least 24hrs in advance. We can have it ready for your arrival at that time. Pool heating time varies depending on outside temperature. Pool fee can not be refunded unless heating issue is due to a problem with equipment.



**Pool heating is not needed in summer months. Pool heating is available all year and usually recommended mid September to mid June.

Please note that this property gets weekly pool service by Mario on Tuesdays and Thursdays.



PET POLICY:

We are pet friendly! Please let us know in advance, if you need any special accommodations. $200 pet deposit is required and if no additional pet cleaning left behind $150 is refunded and $50 goes towards pet`s stay.



EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS:

If you need special accommodations with early check-in/late check-out, we will gladly help UPON AVAILABILITY. Early check-in fee is $75, payment has to be provided upon request, otherwise, the request will not be valid. Late check-out requests are not easily attainable as our staff needs to properly sanitize and clean before the next guests arrive. In the event we do not have a reservation following yours, we will gladly accommodate for a $75 fee and move our cleaning crew to a later schedule or help you extend for the day or night at a special rate.



CHECKOUT DUTIES: if you could kindly start a load of pool towels in washing machine, put your trash in the trash bins outside and start the dishwasher. Thank you so much.



FESTIVALS:

Please note for the right group we are willing to give a special discount for Coachella and Stagecoach. Referrals and repeated guests will be rewarded with 5-10% discount, depending on the time of the year. All festival bookings are non-refundable with additional deposit requirement. Regular noise ordinance is in effect.

FIREWORKS:

fireworks of all kinds are prohibited at all times in the desert, due to the fire danger. Please ensure not to bring them to the property.

We have wonderful neighbors that welcome you to our neighborhood, please ensure to respect them and the area around you.



24 hour concierge service is provided to our guests through our property manager. I am also always available to ensure we deliver you a wonderful stay.



This home is located only 15 minutes away from Palm Springs airport and downtown Palm Springs! Yet without the strict noise ordinance and neighbors all around, you get to have more fun and yet be close to so close to everything.

Right behind Desert Dunes Golf Club, which was designed by legendary Robert Trent Jones Jr. Host to US Open and PGA qualifying events, one of the top golf courses in the valley and ranked in top 30 public courses in the country.

Come and experience one of the several places in the world with naturally occurring hot and cold mineral springs, with over 20 in town. Miracle Springs Spa or Desert Hot Springs Spa are just a few among many to get that experience.

Your could visit Cabot`s Pueblo Museum, which is only 8 minutes away from the property or the many incredible museums in Palm Springs.

For nature enthusiasts, we are located only 20 minutes away from Big Morongo Canyon Preserve and Coachella Valley preserve and 45 mins from Joshua Tree.

Outdoor Heater:

Outdoor heaters are available to rent for $75/heater which includes 1 can of propane. Please reach out if interested.



If you are interested in pool heat, please let us know and submit payment at least 24 hours in advance, as it takes time to heat.
