Decorated in a serene beach theme with blue hues, this condo is set up to get the full feel of a relaxing getaway on the Emerald Coast! You also have access to a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, and stocked coffee bar. The space offers an open floor plan between the dining and living room area, accompanied by a smart tv, sleeper sofa, and dining room table to accommodate 6. Enjoy the views of the lagoon on the 6th floor on the patio, accessible from the living area as well as the main bedroom. The other room is a junior bunk room with another smart tv and direct access to the second full bathroom.

This property is exactly as advertised and reviewed by others. The location was actually closer to the beach than expected. The property had an amazing pool. Me and my Family really enjoyed the unit very clean and spacious. We absolutely enjoy our stay!!

Me and family take a trip to Destin every year for either spring break or summer vacation, but normally we book through the resort so we were nervous. The host made us feel welcome from check in to check out with an open line communication. They have everything you needed in the unit! The unit was very clean and perfect location. The host was responsive throughout the whole booking and condo was clean. Would stay here again. Perfect location if you want to be a 5-10 minute Uber to the fun bars. Provided the basic necessities like soap, paper towels, etc. great view from balcony too. AC works well too it was nice and cold after being in the sun all day!
