Beautiful Property and Location

Our unit was perfect for our group-good assortment of beds and bathrooms and very spacious. And located right on the most beautiful beach! Gated parking so we never felt unsafe. Loved our BIG balcony overlooking the ocean-we could watch dolphins in the mornings. Staff was friendly and helpful-overall would give it an A+! We will rent here again!

The way this situation was handled was unacceptable. There was little to no communication and if people did not have their phones, they knew nothing. Still little to no communication other than to tell us to clean out our refrigerators. Very disappointed in the way this management group handled a frightening situation with an 85 year old and a 2 and 4 year old that had to be carried down 7 flights or staff at 11 pm at night.

Crystal Beach Inn

507 had almost completed total redo ... except for alittle touch up paint around the windows where new blinds had been installed. Beautiful design and setup with amazing view! Only hold back and my fault for not realizing it was only three beds and two pull out couches which we made work! Thanks for asking.
